Welcome to use the products and online design services developed and operated by Shenzhen TuShi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "TuShi"). Through the Shenzhen TuShi Technology Co., Ltd. Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"), we aim to help you understand how we collect, use, store, and share personal information, as well as your related rights. We deeply recognize the importance of personal information and will make every effort to ensure its security and reliability. We are committed to maintaining your trust and adhere to principles including accountability, purpose specification, consent choice, data minimization, security assurance, participation of the data subject, and transparency. Meanwhile, we commit to implementing industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using our products (or services).
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
Personal information refers to various types of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.
In the process of continuously improving product features and optimizing user experience, we will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this Policy:
(1) To help you register as a TuShi user
To help you create an account and provide registered user services, we offer multiple registration channels. When you choose to register using a mobile phone number, you need to provide us with personal sensitive information, which we use to send verification codes to confirm the validity of your identity.
When you choose to register and log in with third-party accounts (such as WeChat, QQ, Weibo, etc.) for convenience, we will access and collect the personal information you explicitly authorize through indirect means (e.g., your avatar, nickname information in the third-party account, subject to the information and permissions granted by the respective third-party account) and bind your third-party account to your registered account. If you refuse to provide the information under the third-party account, you will not be able to use this registration method. We ensure the legality of personal information obtained from third-party account channels.
During registration and usage, you can voluntarily choose to provide additional information such as nickname (including real name), gender , avatar (including real avatar), date of birth, industry category, and video usage. This helps us provide personalized and higher-quality services.
You acknowledge that we collect mobile phone numbers, third-party account information, and supplementary information to comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding online real-name verification. However, not providing this information will not affect your basic use of the products or services.
The above information will be authorized for use during your use of the service. When you request account deletion, we will stop using and delete such information within the timeframes stipulated by relevant laws and this Privacy Policy.
The above information will be stored within the People's Republic of China. For cross-border transfers, we will obtain your separate consent.
(2) To provide other related product features and/or services
To achieve certain product functions and/or services, we may need to collect corresponding personal information. You can choose whether to provide such information. Refusal will prevent you from using the specific service but will not affect other basic functions.
1) Basic functional services, network security, and operational security.
To ensure normal operation of basic services, provide problem diagnosis, data statistics, safeguard your account, network, operations, and system security, and prevent phishing and malware, we may collect your device information, including immutable device identifiers (IMEI, AndroidID, IDFA, GUID, OPENUDID, SIM IMSI information), hardware serial numbers, and MAC addresses.
2) Personalized display services.
To help you manage preferences and obtain a smoother experience, we analyze user preferences, habits, location, operational habits, and device information based on collected log data to provide content and recommendations tailored to you. Collected data may include device identifiers, network operators and types, Wi-Fi names, language and time zone, app list information, and browsing history in TuShi.
3) Customer service.
When you file a complaint, inquiry, or appeal, we may need your name, mobile number, email, and other valid contact information to assist you. Refusal may prevent us from responding timely.
4) Maintaining product security and troubleshooting. To ensure normal service operation, account safety, fault diagnosis, and service improvement, we may collect your IMEI, device model, login IP address, and operation logs. This information is essential and will be anonymized, not used to identify specific users.
5) Sharing and triggering third-party payment functions.
When sharing content from TuShi to third-party platforms, we may read your app list to determine the existence of those platforms. Similarly, when using payment features, we read your app list to ensure the relevant third-party payment app exists.
(3) To provide Retouch, Knockout, and other software features
When you first use our app, we may request authorization for photos, microphone, and other sensitive permissions to ensure functionality. You may choose whether to grant permission; refusal will prevent access to the authorized feature but not affect other basic functions.
(4) To improve our products or services
We may collect additional information, such as privacy settings, product and feature usage, and draft or video data, to improve services, personalize content, and make recommendations. You can choose whether to provide this information; refusal will prevent use of related additional features but not basic functions.
(5) Other purposes
We may seek your consent for purposes not specified in this Policy or for other uses of information collected for specific purposes.
(6) Device permission requests
To ensure normal product functionality, we may request device permissions. You can allow or deny them and revoke authorization at any time. Revocation may prevent access to related functions but not other services.
(7) Exceptions to obtaining consent:
Personal information may be collected without consent in situations such as national security, public safety, crime investigation, legal contract requirements, product/service security, news reporting, academic research, or as otherwise required by law.
2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
(1) Cookies
We store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device to ensure proper operation, provide easier access, and recommend content or ads. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and numbers/characters. Cookies store preferences or shopping cart data.

(2) Web Beacons and Pixel Tags

We sign confidentiality agreements with any entity with whom we share personal information.
(2) Transfer
Transfers occur only with explicit consent or in events like mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy. The receiving entity must comply with this Privacy Policy.
(3) Disclosure
We disclose personal information only with your consent or as legally required, following industry-standard security measures.
(4) Exceptions to prior consent
Sharing, transfer, or disclosure may occur without consent for national security, public safety, crime investigation, or other situations specified by law. De-identified data does not require consent.
4. How We Protect Your Personal Information
(1) We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, HTTPS, encryption, access controls, and employee training to protect your personal information.
(2) We retain information only as long as necessary to achieve policy purposes.
(3) The internet is not completely secure; avoid sending personal information via unencrypted channels. Use complex passwords to protect your account.
(4) We strive to ensure security for information sent to us.
(5) In the event of a security incident, we will notify you of details, possible impacts, mitigation measures, and recommendations, via email, letter, phone, or push notification, and report to regulatory authorities as required.
5. Your Rights
Under Chinese law and relevant standards, you may exercise rights including:
(1) Access your information via website or email; (2) Correct inaccuracies; (3) Request deletion under specific conditions; (4) Withdraw consent; (5) Account deletion; (6) Response to your requests within 15 working days, subject to verification.
6. How We Handle Children's Personal Information
We consider anyone under 14 as a child. Children should only use our services with guardian consent. Information collection for children is limited to legal, necessary, or guardian-approved purposes.
7. Global Transfer of Personal Information
Personal information collected in China is stored domestically. With your consent, it may be transferred internationally, with measures to ensure protection equivalent to domestic standards, e.g., consent or de-identification.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by laws of Mainland China. Disputes are subject to the court of the defendant's residence.
9. Policy Updates
Privacy Policy updates may occur due to business, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates take effect 7 days after notice unless mandatory by law. Continued use signifies acceptance.
10. Policy Does Not Apply To:
Third-party products or services, including personalized recommendations, websites, advertisements, or linked products. Use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
